Spinach and Herb Chicken Salad

This is SO EASY to make and it's great to keep in the fridge. When you need a quick snack or lunch, just pull this out of the fridge and put on bread for a sandwich or just dip it with wheat thins. I'm always eating this with wheat crackers because it only requires me going to the fridge, getting the container, opening a box of crackers to have lunch. Laziness at it's best!!! No seriously, being a stay at home mom, I need quick lunches because many times I don't have a chance to sit down at eat.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp (capful) Spinach and Herb Mix
1 cup of cooked chicken, shredded or cubed - leftovers work well
1/2 cup pecans

Directions:
Mix mayo, sour cream and Spinach and Herb mix. Fold in chicken and pecans. Let set in the fridge for a few hours. Enjoy!
